GOLDEN RULES
✔ Cancellation in the last 24hrs is not allowed
✔ Bring your insurance card & id
✔ Respect the guides instructions
✔ Do not pass the leader guide
✔ You are participating at your own risk
EVENT MANAGEMENT
✔ We may stop for a quick break/lunch if the schedule allows and the majority do not mind (for single day/full day events)
✔ Slight or major change to the program/trail may occur in case of force majeur or other aspects
✔ Helping in all aspects of travel and event set up is highly appreciated, if any
HEALTH
✔ Let us know if you are allergic to any kind of insect, tree, flower, etc. Or have any medical condition we should know about
✔ First comers should choose only low or moderate events (preferably below 8km distance and less than 300m elevation gain)
✔ The participants are accountable and in charge of their own health during their participations
✔ Stay hydrated
ENVIRONMENT
✔ Leave only boot-prints
✔ Smoking is not allowed during the whole event
✔ Ecotourism rules apply
CANCELATION POLICY
✔ The full amount of the event has to be settled in all cases of cancelation within the last 24hrs before the event, even if the cancellation came due to force majeur, illness, death, transportation failure, etc.
✔ In case of event postponement or cancellation, no payment is required, and full refund applies in case of advance payment
TRANSPORTATION
✔ For participants using LOA’s transportation, they are required to act responsibly
✔ We put sometimes music during the trip at low volume
GEMS & BADGES
✔ GEMS lifetime is limited to 3 consecutive years
✔ LOA team has the right to include/exclude any service/product from the loyalty program redemetion
INSURANCE
✔ Medical and health Insurances are excluded from all events, the participants has to take care of all financial expenses occurring in case of any emergency
