- 10:00 – 11:15: Olive oil tasting & maasara tour (Labne & Baguette). Awareness about extra virgin olive oil
- 11:20 – 11:45: coffee break ta7t sendyene and photobooth
- 12:00- 12:15: visit the biggest oak tree in se7et Zan
- 12:20 – 13:00: Kfarhatna – House of Moune visit
- 13:15- 14:00: Easy hike from Zan to Alzourou3 (Easy hike 2 km)
- 14:00 – 15:30: Free time & Lunch at Alzourou3 (menu as described in the Food and Beverages section)
- 15:30 – 16:30: Lebanese traditional house tour
- 16:30 – 18:00: Return to Beirut
