Arrival at Maaser Donkey Farm and a warm welcome by Mate and the team with traditional treats (mate, pine nuts, dried figs with tahini, dried loquat).
10:45 AM – 12:15 PM | Farm Animal Interaction
Guided interaction with farm animals roaming freely: goats, sheep, chickens, geese, pigeons, rabbits, and cats.
12:15 – 2:00 PM | Tree House Walk & Nature Experience
Short walk to the Tree House, accompanied by donkeys.
Learn about the farm, local plants, trees, and the Maaser biosphere.
Free time for photos and rest.
Rosemary Distillation
Learn traditional rosemary distillation methods.
2:00 – 2:45 PM | Donkey Milk Soap Workshop
Live demonstration of donkey milking and natural soap preparation.
2:45 – 4:00 PM | Machewe Lunch Experience
Prepare and grill your own mashawi sandwiches (meat, kebab, tawook).

4:00 – 5:00 PM | Fig Molasses (Dibs) Workshop
Learn how traditional fig molasses is made.
