ARMENIA AND GEORGIA CHRISTMAS EDITION

Transfer from the airport to the hotel.

We will go than to Garni Temple, visit the Hellenistic temple and the gorge; than we continue driving to Geghard Monastery (carved rock monastery, UNESCO heritage).

Having Yerevan city tour.

In the evening walking to Republic Square to see the city’s main Christmas tree and the dancing fountains. Trying Armenian Cognac at the factory and transfer to the hotel.

Overnight in Yerevan.

On the way to Tbilisi, visiting Sevani lake and Sevanavank peninsulaSevanavank peninsula, then drive to Haghpat Monastery (from 10th century and one of Armenia’s UNESCO World Heritage treasures). And continue to Georgian Border and cross the border. Transfer to the another vehicle and go for check-in the hotel. Meeting Christmas to the church, Overnight in Tbilisi.

09:00 AM: You will leave the hotel to reach Algeti protected areas and Algeti reservoir and spend 15 minutes there

11:30 AM: Tsalka. Here you will explore famous bridge. The Tsalka Diamond Shaped Bridge, located in Tsalka, Georgia, is an architectural marvel that spans the Khrami River. Its unique diamond shape and stunning design make it a captivating landmark, offering visitors a picturesque view and an unforgettable experience.

11:45 AM: You will reach village Dashbashi. You will spend there 30 minutes and afterward you will start hiking to Dashbashi canyons (Optional hike)

01:00 PM: You will reach amazing Dashbashi canyons and spend 1 hour there. Dashbashi canyons is one of the most impressive natural monuments of Georgia, green and beautiful whole year long.

02:00 PM: You will visit historical church at the edge of canyon in the village and from the church you will see breathtaking view of the road descending into the Ktsia gorge. You will spend there about 30 minutes. Afterward you will return in the village, explore places and have a rest.

04:00 PM: Transfer to Tbilisi and having a city tour

06:00 PM: Free time

Exploring Borjomi, visiting Borjomi historical park and going for the hiking towards sulfur water pools. .

Going for Kakheti, starting with Georgian traditional snack, Churchkhela tasting, then going for Georgian bread making, continue to Bodbe monastery and signaghi, city of love. Afterwards wine tasting in the local factory and continue the drive towards local family for the dinner. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Heading to Ski resort, Gudauri. On the way visiting Jinvali water dam and Ananuri fortress. Will go to  Gudauri Ski resort, do snow activities there, Paragliding and snow mobiles. And overnight in Gudauri.

Spending the time on ski resort and on the way back, visiting Ancient capital of Mtskheta, visiting Jvari monastery and Svetitskhoveli cathedral and transfer back to the hotel. Can be arranged dinner at night (20:00 will be the dinner with folk show )

Free time in the city, or shopping in the mall can be added, 13:55 Transfer in the airport.
