- 10:00 AM: Arrival at Bchaaleh info-center. Briefing.
- 10:15 – 10:45 PM: Walk to the Millennium Olive Trees. Visit and Group Photo.
- 10:45 – 1:15 PM: Walk through the LMT side Trail (Mar Sarkis – Beb l Temm – Church).
- 1:15 – 1:30 PM: “Ste. Stephan” and “Saydit El Blata” historical Churches Visit (highlighting the intangible cultural heritage of olive oil through its sacred role in religious practices).
- 01:30 – 02:00 PM: “Khawabina Station” (highlighting the comparison between the traditional and the current way to preserve the olive oil along with information about the olive oil pressing process).
- 02:00 – 04:00 PM: Lunch at the community Kitchen (life station Saj with juice or tea).
- 04:00 – 05:00 PM: Workshops (pax can be divided into groups and alternate):
- Handicraft making with olive wood or seeds (create a souvenir to take home).
- Soap making (craft a personalized soap as a take-home souvenir).
